Dr. Denise grew up in Des Moines, Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University in 1986. She then practiced in the Chicagoland area for 32 years. Dr. Denise is married and has a horse named Sunny, she rides both Western and Dressage. Her husband is an avid fisherman and enjoys both open water and ice fishing.
